She has held senior roles across the private and public sectors, advising institutional investors, banks, governments, and regulators on sustainable investment, climate strategy, carbon markets, and gender finance.
With extensive experience across the Middle East and Africa, as well as over a decade working in China and Hong Kong, she brings a truly global perspective to her work.

Aziz is a former senior Canadian diplomat with a career in government and the private sector spanning almost 30 years. His expertise in diplomacy and sustainable development has been a signature of his time in government.
Notable assignments include being a senior advisor on Middle East affairs for Canada’s Prime Minister, Canada’s Deputy Ambassador to the UAE, and a Canadian representative to the negotiations for the Millennium Development Goals.
Today, Aziz is the Managing Director of Global Communications Agency Middle East (GCA), a government affairs advisory firm. He manages public affairs, international strategy advisory, and government relations projects for clients around the world.
He blends consulting and diplomatic experience, and communications skills to create and execute strategies for philanthropy, international partnerships, and sustainable development that align with business objectives.
